At the end of September 2005, when the promo campaign for the second album was gaining momentum, t.A.T.u.’s Russian office suddenly “changes” the manager to promote the duo abroad, putting an end to the collaboration with Caresse Henry.

Caresse was hired by Universal in 2005 after ending a 13-year work relationship with Madonna in 2005. Madonna, who from the very beginning of her singing career dreamed of a successful film career, could not manage to convince critics of her acting talent – and this is despite a significant list of film work since 1985.

It was Caresse Henry who was instrumental in getting Madonna nominated for her title role in Evita, for which she received a Golden Globe, and in the success of her 2001 “The Drowned World Tour”, the first concert tour in 7 years since 1993.

During an interview with the German version of the VIVA TV channel, Julia Volkova explained the rift between them as follows: “We just realized that we needed a different person.”
It was rumored that Caresse and t.A.T.u.’s creative team (T.A. Music) did not find a common language and the overseas promo campaign for the entire album went downhill.
